1-) It has been proved that doing any kind of sports is incredibly good for your health

A vast number of scientific researches prove that getting involved with something new is quite beneficial for your physique, psychology and finally health.  It is because humans beings have been improving, evolving and changing with movement. When you start to move, your brain and lungs start to get more oxygen than they normally do because of the need to meet the high consumption of energy. After taking care of these factors, you will get what you want in jiu-jitsu.

We, as human beings, are in need of many external factors. We may like reading books, learning new things that are useful for our life, working in high-salaried jobs and so on. These are nice, but what about our social life? Human beings are also in need of social organizations in which they can share their feelings, problems, happiness or just thoughts about politics, science, past experiences and daily life with new people. It is kind of a method of discharge. Stress that your psychology has and makes you feel bad should somehow be discharged and jiu-jitsu gives you a really important opportunity to get rid of that stress and meet new people to widen your social network.
